What's the minimum for bulk pricing?

4 pairs minimum. Orders below this threshold receive standard website pricing. For smaller orders requiring professional support, consider our Trade Members Program.

How much can I save with bulk pricing?

Pricing depends on volume and specification. As a general guide, 4-6 pairs receive modest volume discounts; 8-12 pairs receive stronger discounts; 15+ pairs are quoted on a project basis. Contact us for specific pricing.

Can I mix different forms and sizes?

Yes. Your order can include different forms (balls, lollipops, spirals) and sizes. Volume pricing applies to the total number of pairs, not individual forms.

What's the lead time for bulk orders?

Standard lead time remains 14-21 working days. Larger orders (10+ pairs) may require 21-28 days to coordinate sourcing across multiple suppliers. We'll confirm timing when providing your quote.

Can you deliver to multiple addresses?

Yes, for property developers or multi-site projects. Delivery charges will reflect multiple drops, but we'll coordinate scheduling to minimize costs and complexity.
