Film a short video of your entrance

A 30–60 second clip of your entrance with both plants in position. Outdoors, natural light, no editing required.

 

Answer one of these three questions while filming:

"What made you choose Topiary Twins?" 

"What does your entrance look like now compared to before?" 

"What would you say to someone thinking about ordering?"

 

That's it. One question, one take, your actual entrance. We'll do the rest.

Stage Two: The upside

Refer two people who actually order

Share your personal code — something like SARAH-TWINS. When two people use it to place qualifying orders, Stage Two is complete.

 

What you get: The remaining £420 — 80% — processed within 5 working days of the second order dispatching.

 

No time limit on your code. No pressure. If it happens, it happens — and when it does, your plants cost you nothing.

Here is what it looks like for a real customer. 

Sarah orders the Standard Entrance Bundle at £525. Her plants arrive. She films a 60-second clip of her entrance and posts a Google review. She emails both to us with her order number.

 

Within 5 days we send £105 back to her card. Stage One complete — no referrals needed.

 

She also shares her code — SARAH-TWINS — with a neighbour and a colleague. Both order within a few weeks, each saving 5% at checkout. Once the second order dispatches, we send the remaining £420.

Does it matter when my referrals order?

Stage Two has no time limit. Stage One — the video and review — can be submitted as soon as your plants are settled and looking their best, usually within the first two weeks of delivery. No time limit applies to your code. As long as both orders dispatch, the timeline is flexible. Some customers qualify within weeks; others take a few months as they naturally share with friends.

What counts as a qualifying referral?

Anyone who places an order using your personal discount code at checkout. Their order must be dispatched — not cancelled or returned — before it counts toward your two.

What if my referral orders a different bundle to me?

That's fine. The value of your referrals' orders has no bearing on your reimbursement. You receive 100% of your own original order value back, regardless.

How long does the video need to be?

Between 15 and 60 seconds is ideal. Film it outdoors in natural daylight, with both plants visible. That's all we ask — no editing, no narration required.

Can I refer more than two people?

Yes. The programme requires a minimum of two qualifying referrals. Once you hit that threshold and complete the other two steps, your reimbursement is processed. Any additional referrals you send are a bonus for the people you're helping.

Do I need to complete both stages to get any money back?

No. Stage One — the video and review — stands completely alone. Submit both and we send 20% of your order back within 5 working days. You never need to refer anyone to claim this. Stage Two is additional upside that brings your total reimbursement to 100% if two friends order using your code.
