Landscape architects
Schemes where the planting has to match the drawing: specified heights, named species, documented provenance. You get plant passport numbers, measured dimensions and photographs of the actual specimens before anything is loaded, so the submittal writes itself.

Private gardens where a pair either side of a door has to look grown rather than assembled. Every pair we supply is matched to within 10cm in height, so the symmetry you drew is the symmetry that arrives at the client's gate.

Architects specifying planting, estate and property consultants, and practices that buy mature stock a few times a year. If you are responsible for the choice and the client is looking at you when the pallet lands, membership is aimed at you.
Not specifying for clients? There are two other doors. Project and volume pricing on bulk orders starts at a minimum of four pairs and is quoted within 24–48 hours — no membership needed. Thirty per cent comes off website pricing and bespoke quotes alike — every species, every form, every size band. There is no minimum order to reach before it applies and no line we quietly hold back from it.
It is not a code you have to remember or a seasonal promotion that lapses in June. Once you are a member the discount is simply the price you are quoted, on the first order of the year and the ninth. Members also buy at member pricing for their own homes — the membership belongs to you, not to a particular client project.

Priority allocation when it actually matters
Mature matched pairs are not a warehouse product. Our specimens are 8 to 15 years old, grown in Holland and Italy, and in the February to May window every designer in the country wants the same three sizes at once. That is when lead times move from 14–21 working days to 21–28 days, and when the sizes people want run short.
Members are allocated first through that window. If a size band is tight, member specifications are filled before general orders — which in practice is the difference between a planting date you can promise a client and one you have to apologise for.

A trade contact at sales@topiarytwins.co.uk for specifications, project coordination and technical guidance — species for a particular microclimate, realistic heights for a given budget, phasing a delivery around a site programme, or the plant passport detail a main contractor has just asked for. You remain the design professional of record. We provide support to you, not around you — we do not approach your client, quote around you, or market to the addresses on your projects. If you would rather we spoke to a client or a contractor directly on a particular job, that happens because you asked us to.

When does my membership renew, and how will I know?
Your membership runs for twelve months from the day you join and renews annually on that same date. We email a renewal reminder 30 days before it falls due, so the date never turns up unannounced on a statement. If you would rather not continue, reply to that reminder, or tell us any time before the renewal date, and we simply will not renew you. There is no notice period to serve and no cancellation form to chase.
Can I use member pricing for my own home?
Yes. The membership belongs to you, not to a particular client project, so members buy at member pricing for their own gardens exactly as they do for the schemes they specify — the same 30% off everything, on website pricing and on bespoke quotes. There is no separate personal allowance to keep track of, no minimum order to reach first, and nothing to declare when you order.
What does it cost me against what it saves?
Membership is £200 a year and takes 30% off everything, on website pricing and bespoke quotes alike. That means a single order over £670 has already covered the fee for the whole twelve months. A £1,000 order becomes £700 and saves you £300 on its own. Three matched pairs at £3,000 become £2,100, a saving of £900. Ten pairs at £10,000 become £7,000, a saving of £3,000. Most members clear the break-even on their first specification of the year and spend the remaining eleven months ahead.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. You remain the design professional of record — we provide support to you, not around you. We deal with you on specifications, lead times and technical questions, and we do not approach your client, quote around you, or market to the addresses on your projects. If you would prefer us to speak to a client or a main contractor directly on a particular job — a site access question, a delivery window, a plant passport a contractor needs — that happens because you asked us to, and we report back to you.
Can I cancel, and is the fee refundable?
The fee is annual and non-refundable, so membership is not a subscription you can pause halfway through the year. What you can always do is choose not to renew: reply to the 30-day reminder, or tell us before your renewal date, and the membership simply ends when the twelve months you paid for end. Your discount stays live for every day of that term, including on anything already quoted but not yet delivered.
