Do you offer single plants or only pairs?

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to UK mainland addresses with free delivery to most areas. Delivery to Scottish Highlands, islands, and remote areas may incur additional charges—these will be calculated automatically at checkout if applicable.

Typical lead time is 14-21 working days from order confirmation. Where possible, we'll expedite delivery. Please do not book tradespeople or schedule related work until your topiary has been delivered and you've confirmed the delivery date.
When is the best time to plant topiary?
Topiary can be planted year-round in the UK, but optimal times are autumn (September-November) and early spring (March-April) when plants establish roots without summer heat stress or winter frost pressure. We deliver year-round but recommend avoiding planting during hard frost or drought periods.
How are the plants packaged?
All orders are dispatched via pallet delivery. Plants are securely placed onto the pallet, watered, and protected with wrapping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You'll receive tracking information once dispatched.
What if plants arrive damaged?
Inspect your plants immediately upon arrival. If any damage has occurred during transit, photograph the plants and packaging, then contact us within 24 hours at hello@topiarytwins.co.uk. We'll arrange replacement or refund promptly.
Will the delivery driver help with placement?
Delivery is made by a third-party courier who can only deliver to kerbside. They are not insured to enter your property or place plants in their final location. Please ensure someone is available to move the plants from the delivery point to your desired location.
How heavy are the plants?
Weight varies significantly by size. Small pairs (60-80cm height) typically weigh 20-30kg combined. Large pairs (120cm+ height) can weigh 60-100kg combined. If your plants arrive damaged, don't match our pairing standards, or show signs of poor health within 7 days of delivery, we'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund—no questions asked. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain fully protected.
What is your "Matching guarantee"?
We guarantee that each pair is genuinely hand-matched for symmetry. If you receive specimens that don't meet our pairing standards (significant height difference, uneven density, asymmetrical form), contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll arrange replacement or full refund immediately. This is our promise: you'll receive true pairs, or we'll make it right.

What if I need to cancel my order before delivery?

Once we begin sourcing your specific pair (contacting growers, arranging inspections, phytosanitary paperwork, and transport), we incur real costs on your behalf. If cancellation occurs after sourcing has begun but before dispatch, we'll process a refund minus any demonstrable costs already incurred. We'll always itemise these transparently. The earlier you contact us, the more we can refund.
Do you offer plant health consultations?
Yes, we provide complimentary aftercare advice for the life of your plants. If you're concerned about your topiary's health at any point, email photos to hello@topiarytwins.co.uk and we'll advise on diagnosis and treatment.
