If any individual species within your bundle is temporarily unavailable, we'll contact you before dispatch to offer a suitable substitution of equivalent quality, or the option to wait for the original variety.
Can I customise what's included in a bundle?
Each bundle is designed as a fixed composition — the species, quantities, and proportions have been carefully balanced to work as a complete scheme. We don't offer individual plant swaps within standard bundles, because removing or substituting a single element can disrupt the layering, height graduation, or seasonal coverage the design depends on.

How do I know what size Entrance Transformation bundle I need?
Entrance Transformation bundles are sized by the approximate square metreage of your front entrance planting area — the space either side of your front door where you'd like the scheme to sit. Measure the width available on each side of your doorway and the depth from the house wall to the front edge of the planting area, then multiply to get your approximate total area.
Our Standard tier suits most typical UK front entrances and delivers a balanced, well-proportioned scheme. The Impactful tier increases planting density and variety count for larger entrance areas or buyers who want a fuller, more layered result. What's the difference between Standard and Impactful entrance bundles?

Yes — Border By Metre bundles are designed to scale linearly. If your border is three metres long, order three units of your chosen theme. When is the best time to plant a bundle?
